Abstract | The slurry of the article is shown an approach to wire (connect) single nanocrystal with conductive carbon nanotube. Preparation of colonially dispersed nanocrystals offers such unique possibility. Mainly to directly grow carbon nanotube on single silicon nanocrystal (Si-nc) has been realised and it is discussed here in details. In addition, the approach in principle helps localise and manipulate single nanocrystals, and lead to the possible fabrication of new generation of very solid and flexible single Si-nc and carbon nanotubes based hybrid nanodevices. |
