At the present time we use the schoolbooks of T. Hecht [2] and B. Rieèan [4] for teaching the probability at the Slovak secondary grammar schools. The schoolbook of E. Calda and V. Dupaè [1] is used for teaching in Czech republic. Each of them has a special structure and level of difficulty. The aim of this paper is to inform teachers about the contents and the structure of these three schoolbooks. We show one of the ways, how some component parts of these schoolbooks can be combined.
