abstract = {In our contribution we present theoretical background of ”teacher
growth“ that was used in one professional development course for mathematics
in-service teachers. The course prepared within international project PRIMAS
was focused on Inquiry based learning. We understand learning of teachers as
a holistic process that must be connected with teachers’ practice. In the design of
the course we stress the necessity of teachers’ reflection on their own practice.},
