abstract = {In the article selected solutions of a vague formulated word problem are
analyzed from the aspect of student’s creativity. The vague formulated problem is a
verbally formulated mathematical word problem, which assignment can be interpreted
in more than one way. The vague formulated word problems create a space for student’s
creativity because they are not formulated in usually way. While solving the word
problem, students can fulfill themselves and start in different ways to find a sustainable
solution. The role of a teacher, by assigning of these word problems, is to lead his/her
students to depend their attitudes about affairs and events surrounding us, including
mathematics.},
