abstract = {In this paper we deal with the
question of linking the teaching of subjects mathematics and economics with
practice. Students’ opinion is determined by the questionnaire method. We analyze
collected data, compare each other among different groups of students, and
formulate key claims based on them. We investigate why the observed phenomenon
occurs and what about these data report. The study has the ambition to
support the reflection of current teaching and to offer inspiration for recommendations
for improving the current state.},
